The Position:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Relations Representative to join our team. This role will focus on ensuring that our clients fulfill their contractual obligations. The ideal candidate will have a background in biotechnology/medical device, preferably within the diagnostics field, and a strong understanding of customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively reach out to customers who have not met their contract commitments, with a focus on in-person follow-up to build relationships and address any concerns. • Maintain accurate records of customer contracts and compliance levels, providing regular reports to management on fulfillment status and areas for improvement. • Work closely with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to coordinate efforts in fulfilling customer needs and mitigating compliance issues. • Monitor and manage compliance with client contracts, including tracking purchase orders and fulfillment of agreed quantities. • Gather feedback from customers regarding product satisfaction and potential barriers to fulfilling contract agreements, reporting insights to the product management team for future strategy alignment. • Educate and support customers on the benefits of product to encourage full contract adherence.
Education, Experience and Demonstrated Skills:
• 3-5 years of sales and/or contract management experience in the biotechnology, medical device, or life sciences field. • Strong understanding of contract management and compliance best practices • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and forecasting tools. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. • Ability to analyze data and produce reports on compliance levels and market trends. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while engaging with customers.
